The research studied on the development of the solar oven with automatic hybrid system for agricultural product processing. The oven was aimed to reduce problems by using regular in the normal solar oven which works only in daytime in order to use it anytime. The result found that the suitable direction for installing the solar oven was facing ; the north for the sunlight all day.
